      Applying for a Qld Seniors Card

      Applying Online

       

      Please note that all images, answers, etc are an example only. Always answer accurately with information that reflects your personal circumstances.

      STEP 1: Go here to fill out the online Seniors Card application form.

       

      STEP 2: Complete the application as per your situation.

      PART 1: Are you eligible?

      If you work more than 35 hours per week in paid employment, you are not eligible for the Qld Seniors Card or Qld Seniors Card +Go.

      The below example is for someone who works less than 35 hours. 

      PART 2: Proof of age and eligibility

      If you have a Centrelink CRN, select 'Centrelink CRN' option and enter in your CRN, and continue.

      Alternatively, select 'Queensland Drivers Licence' option and enter your card number, and continue.

       

      PART 3: Card Type

       

      Select Seniors Card+go.

       

      PART 4: Personal and cultural details

       

       

      PART 5: Review and submit your application

      Review your details. If correct, complete Declaration and Authorisation.

       

      PART 6: Confirmation

      You should now receive confirmation that your Application has been completed!!
